Who we are
Oria, Inc. (“Oria,” “we,” “us”) operates oria.ai and provides performance media audit and management services to businesses. This policy describes what information we collect when you visit our site or engage with our services.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you request an audit or book a call, we collect the information you share with us — typically your name, email address, company, and any context about your current ad spend. Bookings are scheduled through Calendly, which collects this information on our behalf.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit our site, we and our hosting and analytics providers may collect standard log data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring URL) and use cookies or similar technologies to understand site usage.
Information from connected ad accounts. If you choose to grant Oria read-only access to your Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok ad accounts as part of an audit, we ingest the campaign, ad set, creative, and performance data those platforms expose. We do not write changes to your accounts unless you explicitly authorize an operating engagement.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to (a) respond to your audit request and operate the audit, (b) deliver and improve our services, (c) communicate with you about our work together, and (d) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers we use to run our business — for example, Calendly (scheduling), Vercel (hosting), and analytics providers — and only as needed for them to perform services on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing yonaskemal5@gmail.com. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings.
